Hunts are conducted on exclusive private property in the Northern Territory. Pig hunting and fishing for barramundi, can also be incorporated whilst buffalo hunting. In South Australia hunting is restricted to Water Valley Game Reserve.  Water Buffalo have been recently introduced into Water Valley and are establishing well. Mature herd bulls offer the hunter with limited time an opportunity to collect an Australian hunting icon.
